Pretty Pink Peonies {DIY Paper Flowers}

In the spirit of Valentine's Twenty-four hours next week, I'm sharing these pretty paper peonies with yous today! Although mine are pinkish, you can easily dye these whatsoever color you lot wish to match your decor or the time of year.

The tutorial for these paper flowers is fairly elementary and results in gorgeous peonies that can be used as home decor, bridal/infant shower centerpieces, Valentine'due south Day or Mother'southward Day gifts, or just a fun arts and crafts project with your friends or kids. I led a "crafternoon" workshop in my town last year, and all of the participants enjoyed making these paper flowers. How To Make Paper Peonies

Supplies:

• Coffee filters
• Scissors
• Hot Glue Gun
• Food Coloring
• Shallow Dish Of Water
• Wire (I used jewelry wire similar this)
• Pencil or pen
• Newspaper

1 | Fold Java Filters

Stack four coffee filters and fold in half three times. Your coffee filters should now be folded into eighths.

2 | Cutting Scallops
